FAQ

What is the return policy?

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 15 days of receipt
for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are
responsible for any return shipping costs. Used and/or opened items cannot be returned. Personalized stationery are final sale,
non-refundable, and cannot be returned.

If you wish to return an item that was gifted to you, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original
method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as
possible. Regardless of the date an order is placed, if the original
form of payment has expired at the time a refund for a return is
processed, a store credit will be issued and a refund will not be
provided.

Please note refunds may take up to 2-3 weeks to process and show on your
account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days from our FL studio, with the exception of drop shipped products. Processing times for these products vary and are stated on each product. Please note: Shipping timelines may vary and are subject to carrier delays during peak holiday periods or inclement weather.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship nationwide for a flat rate of $7 for each order. We also offer free shipping for any order over $50.
