Are any purchases final sale?
I am unable to accept returns on certain items, such as personalized or customized products. However I will always try to compensate my customers one way or another. Your feedback is important!
When will I get my order?
I work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. It usually ships 24-48 hours from time of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information including tracking details. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
My products are handcrafted locally in the USA. Some of the materials used might be outsourced globally. I carefully ensure all materials are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
On any order over $50, you will automatically get free shipping! Under $49.99, the shipping and handling is a combined flat fee of $6.95 nationwide. Sales taxes are already included on every product.
